Time consuming but very thorough explanation for the use of the car, when we were picking it up, was especially helpful for my non-tech-savvy father. Continuous check-ups to see the vehicle was working right was another bonus to the whole buying experience.

Great great great service, absolutely remarkable. Always willing to discuss the problems I have with the car other than the scheduled maintenance content. Even though I bought my vehicle second hand somewhere else and bring it here for service, they still provide very friendly service not like OpenRoad Lexus Richmond.
